Mr. Akihiro Sato, Deputy Director of the National University Corporate Support Division, Higher Education Bureau, MEXT visits the Center of KANSEI Innovation

On May 28, 2015, the Center of KANSEI Innovation received a visit from Mr. Akihiro Sato, Deputy Director of the National University Corporate Support Division, Higher Education Bureau, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).

Shigeto Yamawaki, Research Leader, and Kazuo Sakamoto, Practical Use Promotion Team Leader, explained the projects and initiatives currently being carried out by the Center of KANSEI Innovation to Mr. Sato. The Center’s efforts to promote collaboration of industry, academia and government received high commendation from the MEXT official.

We will continue to strive to further facilitate our basic research that can be translated into practical applications, university-industry personnel exchange, and the development of young researchers who can play a leading role in collaboration of industry, academia and government.
